It’s that time of year again! Bells are ringing, carollers are singing, and LEGO® fans are building with their bricks! Why not celebrate the holiday season by trying out some wonderfully wintry LEGO builds? Here are four ideas to work on while the snow falls outside (hopefully).
Warm up for winter by filling your home with seasonal decorations!
The tree’s trunk is made of one long, brown plate, with overlapping green parts built onto it.
Tip: a ninja weapon makes a great treetop decoration!
Grab some green plates and deck the halls with a festive wreath!
Brown corner plates help strengthen the wreath at the back, and berries are small round bricks.
Design a gift box that’s so pretty, you might not want to give it away.
At the sides, the box’s red ribbon is made with smooth tiles fixed to bricks with side studs. The loops of the bow on top are made from four curved bricks, with two single bricks at the pointed ends.
Build some beautiful snowflakes and hang them around your home as a winter decoration. No two snowflakes are ever alike, so make each one in a different way! These snowflakes are very different, but they all have six-way symmetry.
Tip: transparent plates can add an icy sparkle, and flag pieces make delicate ends.
